Been So Busy With The Snow Storm...
I have not had a chance to write about our trip to Las Vegas the first week of December!
After arriving home and getting the TopDawg from the spa and settling in to catch up on the 300+ emails, I thought I would have time to write on the blog. But beyond “Twittering“, I have not gotten to do any writing at all. The snow storm came and then there was lots of catching up with the social networks of LinkedIn, Biznik, here at TopDawg Travel Social Network, Facebook and others plus loading pictures of LV, the snow and ‘on and on’ into Flickr & YouTube. The internet has been up and down which is also tough for an internet junkie like me.
I have to complete 8 classes with the Princess Cruise Lines in the next week to maintain my “Commodore” status, 8 to complete with the Cunard Line to maintain “Commodore” status and classes to complete to maintain my Australian Specialist designation as well. All that is to be accomplished before the end of the year. So blogging has not been well accomplished, even though I have made an early new year’s resolution to blog at least once a day in addition to twittering.
In 2008 I also created a meetup - Seattle "I Love To Cruise" meetup. With 24 or so members so far, I also have a new Year's resolution to start holding the meetups for the group. And as part of my commitment to that group, I also created a group in Flickr for the cruisers (and wanna be cruisers) to upload their video and photos. If anyone posts their photos to Flickr and want to do an easy upload to this site as well, Flickr interfaces with the TopDawg Travel Social Network.
So today I vow to complete classes and blog, and upload pictures and reach out to travelers everywhere…no matter what!
