I have Post-christmas & -snow days blahs. In Seattle it is the gray day time...when the temperature is just plain cold and the sky is just plain gray. I bet a lot of other people have the blahs as well.

I have been thinking a lot about my new years resolutions and my marketing and business plans for 2009. Even as I think of new year resolutions, I admit I rarely ever accomplish any of them. Quick reveiw needed here for 2008:

Last year I said I wanted to take off 15 pounds. As I weigh myself today, I am pretty close to that - 14 pounds lighter than this time last year and have been that way for most of the last 6 months. I wrote 1 business goal with 4 action items to get to the goal. Amazingly in the first quarter of 2008, I made substantial gains on all four action items and great movement towards the 1 overriding goal. Then, as life, business and the economy forced reality checks, I had to change the goal's content a couple of times. Being flexible and nimble is what the MBAs call that. (Not wishy-washy )

I would love to hear about other people's successes/failures/changes to the goals in 2008. There has never been a better time to communicate with one another than on cold, gray, post-snow & -Christmas days. I am looking for inspiration, for perspiration or for celebration. Contributions welcome!
